Bel Étage at The St. Regis Jakarta serves its Signature Weekend Brunch on both Saturday and Sunday. It opens with seafood on ice, including freshly shucked oysters, Korean abalone and Canadian lobster. Chef specialities are then served tableside and change each weekend; recent ones include OP ribs, Beef Wellington and salt-baked fish. Outdoors, a grill station cooks meat and seafood, and a dedicated cheese room holds artisanal and rare cheeses.
The brunch costs Rp958,000++ per person and includes unlimited soft drinks, juices and signature mocktails. An optional cocktail package is available. Children aged 5 to 11 pay half price.
