SATOO is the all-day restaurant at Shangri-La Jakarta in Kota BNI, off Jalan Sudirman. Its Sunday lunch buffet, served from noon to 3pm, spreads Indonesian specialities and international dishes across 12 buffet stations and interactive open kitchens.
Sunday is priced at Rp628,000++ per adult, and children aged 6 to 11 pay half the adult rate. At weekends there is a kids' counter with sweet and savoury treats, a healthy children's à la carte menu and activities in the restaurant, so this is one of the more family-friendly brunches on Sudirman.
Card deals help: BNI gives Pay 2 For 3 on Sunday brunch, and DBS gives 20% off food and non-alcoholic drinks. Smart casual dress, no sandals. BNI requires booking at least a day ahead.
