Tom's by Tom Aikens, the European restaurant created with the Michelin-starred British chef at The Langham, Jakarta, runs a leisurely Sunday brunch that combines an all-you-can-eat buffet with à la carte dishes, live cooking stations and a stream of pass-around plates. Recent highlights include prime ribeye of beef and whole salmon en croûte, with a dessert trolley to finish.
The brunch is priced at Rp688,000++ per person, with beverage packages sold separately. The restaurant sits high in The Langham tower in District 8, SCBD, so the skyline is part of the draw, particularly from the window-side tables.
BNI cardholders currently get Pay 1 For 2 or Pay 3 For 4, depending on card tier (see promo details). Bookings are handled by WhatsApp, and BNI promo reservations must be made at least two days ahead. Brunch runs every Sunday from noon until 3pm.
