Madame Fan, the modern Cantonese restaurant run by JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach in the heritage NCO Club on Beach Road, hosts its Dim Sum, Drink Sum brunch on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The price covers more than 40 unlimited dim sum items and Cantonese classics, plus 'The Ritual', a cold dish made to order with luxurious ingredients.
Guests who want a drink can add a 2.5-hour free-flow of cocktails and wines. A special edition, 'In the Mood for Brunch', is scheduled for 10 October 2026 at a higher price, with a gourmet showcase and mystery sips, and prices may differ on other special occasions.
