La Brasserie at The Fullerton Bay Hotel serves its Joie de Vivre Weekend Brunch on both Saturday and Sunday, from 12.30pm to 3pm. The buffet leans French – chilled seafood, charcuterie, French cheeses and house-cured fish – with a carving station and local favourites such as satay alongside. Desserts are a highlight, with classic French pâtisserie filling a large part of the spread.
Pricing is simple: S$98++ per adult with free-flowing chilled juices and soft drinks (S$64++ for children aged six to 11), S$198++ with free-flow Veuve Clicquot Champagne, house wine, beer and gin and tonic, or S$298++ with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Brut NV instead.
The intimate, brasserie-style room and waterfront terrace suit couples and small groups who want a polished, less hectic hotel brunch. Shorts are permitted at brunch but slippers are not, and parking is complimentary with a minimum spend of S$100 on a single bill.
