Colony's Sunday Champagne Brunch takes over the hotel's Level 3 buffet restaurant every Sunday from 12pm to 3.30pm (last order 3.15pm). The spread runs across Colony's seven conservatory kitchens – The Ice Bar, The Grill & Rotisserie, The Steam Basket, The Wok, The Tandoor, The Fruit Stall and The Patisserie – so you can move from freshly shucked oysters, king crab, langoustine and sashimi to classic eggs Benedict, Boston lobster, Patagonian toothfish and Hokkaido scallop from the grill.
Drinks are built into the price. The entry package (S$230++) includes unlimited Barons de Rothschild Ritz Réserve Brut and Rosé NV Champagne, selected cocktails, house wines, draught beer and soft drinks. For a big occasion there are Dom Pérignon 2015 (S$698++) and Cristal 2015 with 30g of Oscietra caviar (S$998++) tiers. Children aged six to 12 are S$115++ and three to five S$57.50++, with soft drinks included.
