Sunday Funday Brunch at Edge, Pan Pacific Singapore

Edge's Sunday Funday Brunch runs every Sunday from 12pm to 3.30pm on Level 3 of Pan Pacific Singapore at Marina Square. The hotel bills it as one of the largest buffet spreads in town, with live à la minute stations covering Singaporean, Chinese, Malay, Indian, Japanese, Thai and Western cooking – think seafood on ice with oysters, lobster and snow crab, Edge's signature salt-baked crab, roast suckling pig, carvings, dim sum and a big dessert section.

The standard package is S$118++ per adult with chilled juices and soft drinks, and S$59++ for children aged six to 12. The bottomless package at S$178++ adds free-flow Taittinger Brut Réserve Champagne, house wines, Tiger beer, house spirits and cocktails (last complimentary pour at 3pm).

This is a strongly family-focused brunch, with live entertainment and a children's play area with toys, colouring and treats, so parents can linger over the seafood. Special editions (such as race-weekend brunches) are priced separately. Reservations via TableCheck or the hotel's dining concierge are recommended.
