15 Stamford's Tropical Sunday Brunch runs every Sunday from 12.30pm to 3.30pm inside The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore, a restored heritage building a short walk from City Hall MRT. The format is a buffet with live stations: market-fresh seafood grilled to order, chilled seafood and freshly shucked oysters, salt-aged meats carved in front of you, sushi and sashimi, local favourites and a dessert spread of handcrafted pastries and cakes.
The base price is S$138++ per adult for food only (S$69++ per child). Drinks are tiered on top: S$178++ with free-flow beer, wine and cocktails, S$198++ with Taittinger Brut Réserve and S$218++ with Taittinger Prestige Rosé.
