Weekend DJ Brunch at LAVO Italian Restaurant, Marina Bay Sands

LAVO's Weekend DJ Brunch runs on Saturdays and Sundays from 11.30am to 3pm at the Italian-American restaurant on Level 57 of Marina Bay Sands Hotel Tower 1. Rather than a buffet, you order from the à la carte menu or the brunch specials – dishes such as avocado croissant, porchetta eggs Benedict, brick-oven amatriciana eggs, frittatas and wood-fired pizzas – while a DJ sets the mood.

Drinks are where the brunch comes in: two-hour free-flow packages cover special brunch cocktails, house wines, beer, soft drinks and juices, with Botter prosecco (Prosecco Delight, S$68) or Duval-Leroy Champagne (Champagne Bliss, S$98). Food is charged separately, with brunch dishes mostly in the high-S$20s to S$30s.
