One-Ninety Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, just off Orchard Road, serves its Convivio Weekend Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 3pm. It is an Italian semi-buffet: help yourself to starters, a salad bar, seafood on ice, artisanal affettati (Italian cured meats), cheeses, rotating antipasti and a dessert table, then choose one plated main served at the table.
Recent listings put the brunch at S$78++ per adult and S$39++ per child. The beverage pairing add-on (S$55++) brings free-flow prosecco, Aperol Spritz and red or white wine.
