Estate's Sunday Social Champagne Brunch runs every Sunday from 12.30pm to 3.30pm on Level 5 of Hilton Singapore Orchard. The buffet centres on the Seafood & Oyster Bar, premium carvings such as lemongrass and coconut roasted wagyu sirloin, and chef signatures cooked à la minute – among them Boston lobster Benedict, king crab laksa, pan-seared foie gras, slow-baked Ora King salmon and Singapore chilli mud crab with mantou – finishing at a dessert bar with a live crêpe station.
The base price is S$138++ per adult including chilled juices, coffee and tea. Top up S$80++ for free-flow Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut, house wines, beers, Mimosas and Bellinis, served at the table.
It is one of Orchard's most family-friendly brunches: a DJ plays through the afternoon, and the Junior Corner has a life-sized playhouse with slide, face painting, a PS5 and a ball-pit tunnel, with a dedicated kids' menu. Recent listings put children aged six to 12 at 50% off and under-fives free – confirm when booking via phone, email or WhatsApp.
