Fiamma, the Italian restaurant at Capella Singapore overseen by three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco, serves its brunch every Sunday from 12pm to 3pm. It is served family-style with refills: antipasti including freshly shucked oysters and artisanal cheeses, handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas and mains such as charred lobster, beef tomahawk and roast lamb, finishing with unlimited gelato and desserts.
Pricing is tiered by what's in your glass. A September 2026 guide lists S$218++ with wines and beers, S$238++ with Charles Heidsieck Champagne, S$278++ with Billecart-Salmon, S$318++ with Ruinart and S$746++ with Dom Pérignon, with children aged three to 12 at S$68++. Capella's own dining page currently shows brunch "from S$158++", so confirm the current rate when booking.
Set in Capella's colonial-era grounds on Sentosa, this is one of Singapore's most indulgent brunches – best for special occasions and long, leisurely lunches. The dress code is smart casual. The hotel rebates the Sentosa island entry fee against your food and drink bill (one rebate per bill).
