Sugar & Spice is the buffet restaurant of InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah, built around six open-show kitchens with international and Indonesian dishes drawn from five continents. Its signature Sunday Brunch runs every Sunday from 12pm to 3pm, with live cooking alongside the buffet, plus seafood, carving, sushi and sashimi, dim sum and cheese stations and a large dessert spread, according to the hotel.
On 23 August 2026 the hotel launched The Coastal Atelier, a new Sunday brunch edition that combines French technique, Indonesian flavours and Nordic ideas. Highlights include canapés of herb-butter escargot and lobster thermidor that are brought round to the table, and mangut of cod in coconut curry finished tableside under a cloche of coconut smoke. There are also smørrebrød-style open sandwiches made to order, topped with Maine lobster, Hokkaido scallop or wagyu tataki, and a list of coast-themed mocktails.
The 160-seat room suits family gatherings, birthdays and relaxed celebrations. The hotel recommends booking ahead, particularly for larger groups.
