Ultimate Racines Buffet Brunch: Turf & Tide Edition at Racines, Sofitel Singapore City Centre

Racines, the all-day restaurant on Level 5 of Sofitel Singapore City Centre, runs its Ultimate Racines Buffet Brunch on Saturdays. The current Turf & Tide Edition (5 September to 31 October 2026) leans on premium barbecue from land and sea alongside a cold seafood spread with oysters, poached prawns, sushi and maki.

Signatures include slow-roasted Macka's beef striploin with port wine sauce, charred cumin lamb ribs, grilled red snapper in a bouillabaisse-style broth and a whole Nyonya assam curry seabass. There is a DIY noodle bar that rotates weekly, soups such as Itek Tim and seafood chowder, and a dessert table mixing French and local flavours, from durian and coffee tiramisu to ondeh ondeh cake and Nyonya kueh. Coffee, tea and teh tarik flow throughout.
