The Buffet Club at Katong Square on East Coast Road comes from the kitchen behind The Ballroom Singapore, and serves a fully halal-certified buffet in a restaurant-style dining room. At weekends there are two lunch seatings, which makes it a convenient late-morning feast for families in the east.
The rotating menu mixes regional heritage cooking with international dishes: signature biryani, nyonya laksa, salted egg chicken and a Selat Melaka (Straits of Malacca) station with dishes such as sambal goreng pengantin, plus pisang goreng, jemput-jemput pisang and handmade desserts.
The end-year promotion prices adult buffets on a 1-for-1 basis in pairs: an unpaired adult pays the full price. Children under four eat free with a paying adult. Groups of five or more need to pay a 30% deposit, and outside food, cakes and drinks are not allowed.
